Singapore’s Lift and Escalator Sector: Progressive Wage Model Enhancements

The Progressive Wage Model (PWM), developed by the Tripartite Cluster for Lift and Escalator Industry (TCLE), continues to play a pivotal role in uplifting the wages and skills of maintenance personnel in Singapore’s lift and escalator sector.
