The Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced that, effective 1 July 2025, around 63,000 staff across Singapore’s public healthcare clusters will receive salary increases. This move is part of ongoing efforts to enhance talent retention and ensure competitive compensation across the public healthcare sector.
Key Salary Adjustments:
Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), Pharmacists, and Administrative, Ancillary, and Support (AAS) Staff
• Around 37,000 individuals in these roles will see salary increases of up to 7% in their monthly base pay.
Public Healthcare Nurses
• Approximately 26,000 nurses will receive up to 4% increases in their monthly base salaries.
• This is in addition to the ANGEL scheme (Award for Nurses’ Grace, Excellence and Loyalty), introduced in September 2024, which supports long-term career progression and recognition in nursing.
