What Section 63A Requires
Employers must report information relating to their place of employment, not individual employee profiles. The filing covers establishment details, the person in charge, and workforce categories with total headcount.
When Must You Notify JTKSM?
Section 63A trigger events start the 90-day clock. Normal monthly headcount changes do not trigger a filing.
